Returns Policy
We accept returns on all unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll happily offer a full refund to your original payment method.
- Your purchase can be returned for a credit voucher or refund for all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
- We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or defective.
- We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Return shipping costs, customs charges, govt taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered.
- If you're returning items from outside Australia, please ensure that you mark the parcel as a return to avoid customs charges.
- Once returns are received, they will be processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges Policy
- Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- We accept exchanges within 14 days from date of delivery.
- We only offer exchanges for items that are of equal or lesser value. If the new item exceeds the original value, we will charge the difference.
- Exchanges can only be processed for stocked items. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
