- Domestic orders: 3-5 business days after processing.
- New Zealand orders: 3-7 business days, depending on location and customs.You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $120. International shipping rates apply based on destination.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unworn, unused jewellery in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. For more details and information, see our Returns page.
How do I exchange an item?
Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. Once we receive your return, we’ll help you place a new order for your preferred item.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo along with your order details, and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Are there any non-refundable items?
For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised/custom pieces cannot be returned. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out - we’ll do our best to make it right.
